Slevomat is one of the leading Czech
e-commerce platforms for experiences, travel, and leisure. Its mobile app plays a clear role within the digital ecosystem: helping users discover relevant offers, return to them, redeem purchased vouchers, and build
a long-term relationship with the brand.
Our task, therefore, wasn’t just to build an app based on a brief. From the very beginning, we worked closely with Slevomat to define the app’s value for users, the business goals it should support, and how it should evolve over time.

We were looking for a partner to build Slevomat’s mobile app, and in MeguMethod we found a team that cares about the product as much as we do. Their biggest strength is a strong sense of ownership. We don’t see them as an external vendor, but as part of our team. At key moments, they went the extra mile without hesitation, which helped us deliver a fully functional version of the app exactly on schedule. As a product manager, I also highly value their professional product and project leadership, which has been a great support in my day-to-day work.
Michal Pour | Product manager Slevomat
Slevomat had prior experience with a mobile app and knew the hardest part comes after launch. The app needs to find its place alongside a strong web platform, attract regular users, and justify continued investment.
Our challenge wasn’t to build just another app. From the start, we worked with Slevomat to understand what users truly expect from mobile, where it can deliver value beyond the web, and how to design it as a distinct product. Not just a scaled-down version of the web, but one with its own business purpose.
The goal was to build on what Slevomat already does well and complement it with a mobile experience that gives both users and the business a clear reason to come back.

We started where we always do on large projects. With a thorough 12-week product discovery phase: user interviews, usability testing, and iterative design. Before a single line of code was written, both teams, ours and Slevomat’s, were aligned on a shared vision. This clearly shaped the outcome.
Once development began, we moved into continuous discovery & delivery. At this scale, many challenges only emerge during implementation. We addressed them one by one as they appeared. Thanks to an agile approach, we were able to respond quickly and handle issues flexibly as they surfaced.
