Product manager, part time

We are looking for a product managerto join our MeguMakers team to help our clients increase the value of their product. Not all clients are product minded and often they are more of a well of ideas - your role will be to identify which idea will bring the most value. You will set goals with the client, which you will communicate to the team and prioritize work accordingly.
Who we are?
❤️ There are 30 of us, we are a company based on holacratic principles, we have no bosses and we work in autonomous teams.
📱We are designers and developers of mobile and web applications.
🤝 Over the past 8 years, we have built a software development agency that offers its clients a partnership in the development of software products.
What you will do?
- Actively ascertain the needs of stakeholders (clients, users, developers,...),
- verify assumptions and ideas against the market,
- assertively protect the backlog,
- transparently define and prioritize individual backlog items,
- ensure that stakeholders understand why we are doing something,
- maintain team engagement,
- participate in a useful output both for the client and for the customers themselves.
What we expect?
- Management of at least 4 products in the position of Product manager or Product owner.
- Experience with active leadership and product shaping.
- Experience in mapping and validating user needs.
- Ability to define work at the level of business stories.
- Willingness to actively communicate primarily with the client, but also with the team.

Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
