We are a software agency with a startup vibe and we develop mobile and web apps.

We work based on the principles of holacracy and would like to expand our team with a senior Android developer with a leadership spirit and a growth mindset.

We deliver the entire product to our clients - we go through the discovery phase with them, create designs and prototypes, test and develop everything. Above all, we want to create apps that users love and find useful.

What are we working on?

At the moment, we are mainly occupied with applications for Woltair, but be sure to also look at other apps from the MeguMakers workshop.

What will you do?

• Lead the platform on the project

You will look for the best technical solutions for the team and the client and shape the product together with the client. Your role will also be to lead and support junior colleagues.

• Support a growth mindset in the team

It is important for us to share our knowledge with each other and keep improving. We welcome it if you pass on your experience to others in the team, improve processes and try to advance the entire platform technologically.

We are mostly juniors and mediors and we believe that a more senior colleague can bring new energy to the team :)

What technologies will you encounter?

We use tools and frameworks that facilitate work, are stable and supported by the community.

• We use Kotlin for all projects.
• As architectures, we use MVVM and MVI supplemented with the dependency injection framework Koin.
• We know how inefficient it is to write UI in XML, so we use Jetpack Compose, which allows us to transfer design from Figma and we can support dark mode.
• We also use Firebase, Coroutines, Retrofit, Apollo and Room daily.
• We like to save time, so we use CI/CD on Gitlab with the help of Fastlane, Detektu and other tools that maintain quality.

But we are always open to trying new technologies that will make our work easier and more fun :)

• You have 5+ years of Android development experience.
• You know how to develop and support an Android application throughout its life cycle.
• You can take responsibility for the entire platform on the project.
• You are proactive and have a passion for development.
• You can work in a team at a senior level.
• You can give and receive feedback.
• You are interested in current trends in the field.
• You are not afraid of testing.
• You have experience with app signing and app release to Google Play.
• You are no stranger to architectures used in mobile development and you know what dependency injection is.
